R307S Fingerprint Sensor Module is a high-performance biometric authentication device that offers fast and accurate fingerprint recognition. It features an optical fingerprint sensor, a high-speed DSP processor, and high-capacity FLASH memory for efficient storage and processing of fingerprint templates.
This fingerprint sensor module allows users to perform fingerprint enrollment, image processing, 1:1 and 1:N matching, and template storage. The TTL UART interface ensures direct integration with 3.3V & 5V microcontrollers, while the USB 2.0 port allows PC connectivity for advanced biometric applications. A level converter (MAX232) is required for RS232-based PC interfaces.
The R307S module is designed for security applications, including access control, time attendance, and embedded biometric solutions. Its low latency (<0.3s) ensures quick authentication, while the flexible communication protocol allows easy integration with ARM, DSP, and other serial devices.
