MQ-3 alcohol testing semiconductor gas sensor
MQ-3 gas-sensitive material is used for gas sensors in clean air low conductivity tin oxide (SnO 2 ) . When there is a sensor in which the alcohol vapor environment, the conductivity of the sensor with increasing concentration of alcohol gas in air is increased. Using a simple circuit to convert the change in conductivity of the gas concentration corresponding to the output signal.
