Feature:
1. All chips we guarantee are new original imported industrial chips, ultra-long distance transmission can reach up to kilometers.
2. ESD Protection with Positive and Negative 15KV.
3. The chip has a limited swing rate driver, which minimizes EMI and reduces signal reflection caused by improper terminal matching cables, thus making the error-free signal transmission rate as high as 500 Kbps.
4. Receiver input impedance with 1/4 unit load, supports multi-computer communication and allows connection to buses of up to 128pcs devices.
5. The working temperature of industrial chips can reach -40℃ to +85℃.
6. This module can be hot-swapping, and there will be no signal blockage in other 485 chips hot-swapping.
7. The power supply uses patch tantalum electrolytic capacitor and dual capacitor to filter high and low frequency power supply.
8. Overvoltage protection performance is better with dual transient suppression diodes.
9. Using 10 ohm current protection resistor, patch design improves 485 signal integrity.
10. With terminal and welding lead hole, it is convenient for debugging and final plate wiring. Welding lead can improve signal reliability.
11. RS485 and TTL signals are all single-sided, ensuring signal quality and improving signal integrity.
12. Large area copper coating to prevent signal interference.
13. Welding holes with 2.54 spacing between holes are convenient for your secondary development.
14. It has M3 screw holes which are commonly used at present, and is easy to install and reliable.
15. With 120ohm termination resistance, the possible termination resistance can be made by shortening connected to R16.
16. With power supply and RXD, TXD signal indicator lamp, the receiving and transmision situation is in full view.
17. Elbow insertion needle leads out, easy to test.
18. Support 3.3V and 5V signal control, more compatible.
