Introduction:

Nokia5110 LCD screen is used disassemble Nokia phones, the site sold off-color LCD are selected and quality are very good.

Bottom of the site design, corner positioning holes, while providing two rows of the upper and lower connection port, arranged as follows:

1.      RST - Reset

2.      CE - Chip Select

3.      DC - data / instruction selection

4.      DIN - serial data line

5.      CLK - Serial Clock Line

6.      VCC - power input (3.3v and 5v may, after experimental verification, no problem)

7.      BL - backlight control

8.      GND - Ground

Interface provides 51 single-chip serial SPI interface, website, Nios II soft-core driver routines

The module has the following characteristics: 

84x48 dot matrix LCD display 4 lines of Chinese characters 

Use a serial interface with the host processor communication interface signal lines significantly reduce the number of signal lines, including power and ground only 8. Supports a variety of serial communication protocols (such as the AVR MCU SPI MCS51 serial mode 0, etc.), the transfer rate of up to 4Mbps, can be written to the display data at full speed, no waiting time.
