Introduction
The voltage to current module can convert the 0-5V voltage signal into a 4-20ma current signal. During the transmission of the circuit signal, the voltage signal will become weaker as the transmission distance increases. The current transmission can avoid the weakening of the signal.

- Input and output linear equation:
The voltage to be converted and the output current are linear. The linear equation is determined according to the zero adjustment and the range. The two points determine a straight line, and the two points are the zero adjustment and the range adjustment. Iout=K*V+b.
For example
converting 0-10V to 4-20mA, two points being (0.4) and (10.20) can thus determine the linear equation I=1.6*V+4.
converting 0-10V to 4-20mA, two points being (0.4) and (10.20) can thus determine the linear equation I=1.6*V+4.
Instructions:
1: Get the baby to connect the module power supply, the three terminals on the right, the upper and lower negative output.
2: Zero adjustment: Adjust the conversion voltage signal to 0V, and adjust the zero adjustment position to make the output current 4ma. It is best to fix the potentiometer knob with glue after the adjustment is completed.
3: Fullness: Adjust the conversion voltage to the required full-scale voltage (such as 3.3V, 5V, 10V, 15V), and adjust the full-scale potentiometer to make the output current 20ma. The adjustment process will find that the current output indicator is weaker and stronger. It is best to fix the potentiometer knob with glue after the adjustment is completed.
4: The voltage in the input range can output the corresponding current, and the output current is negative for the power supply.
Adjustment example:
For example: supply voltage 24V, need to convert 0-10V to 4-20mA
1: Connect the power supply voltage to 24V, the 24V positive pole is connected to the upper end of the three terminals on the right, and the negative pole is connected to the lower end of the three terminals on the right.
2: Zero adjustment: The two terminals on the left are shorted. Adjust the zero adjustment knob so that the output terminal (between the three terminals on the right) is 4 mA.
3: Adjust the range: connect the upper left end to 10V that needs to be converted, and the lower left end to connect the negative voltage to be converted. Adjust the knob to make the output (middle of the three terminals on the right) 20mA.
4: The voltage to be converted varies within 0-10V, and the output current varies linearly within 4-20mA.
